Privacy Policy

The app collects Shopify shop and session information needed to authenticate merchants and operate inside Shopify Admin. When merchants configure the app, it stores Golootlo merchant code, username, and password in encrypted form.

The app may process order identifiers, order names, voucher codes, validation responses, redemption statuses, timestamps, and operational audit data required to validate and redeem Golootlo vouchers.

Information is used to authenticate Shopify merchants, validate Golootlo vouchers, redeem eligible vouchers, maintain redemption audit history, troubleshoot failed redemption attempts, and provide merchant support.

Voucher and order reference data may be sent to Golootlo APIs only for voucher validation and redemption. We do not sell merchant, customer, or order data.

Merchant Golootlo credentials are encrypted before storage. The app requires HTTPS for production traffic and limits access to authenticated Shopify merchants.

Data is retained while required for merchant operations, audit, troubleshooting, and voucher redemption history. Merchants may request deletion of app-related data by contacting support. App uninstall events are handled through Shopify webhooks where applicable.
