Terms of Service

The Golootlo Ecommerce Plugin is provided to help Shopify merchants configure Golootlo credentials, validate voucher codes, redeem eligible vouchers, and review validation and redemption activity.

Merchants are responsible for maintaining accurate Golootlo credentials, configuring valid Shopify discount rules, ensuring their store policies allow voucher usage, and complying with applicable laws and Shopify requirements.

The app depends on Shopify services, merchant store configuration, database availability, and Golootlo API availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages, or network issues.

Merchant credentials are encrypted before storage. Merchants should keep app access limited to trusted staff and notify support if they believe credentials or store access may be compromised.

The app does not guarantee that every voucher will be accepted by Shopify checkout or Golootlo systems. Voucher acceptance depends on Golootlo validation responses, Shopify discount configuration, order state, and merchant-specific rules.
